GOODBYE 2019

GOODBYE 2019

So 2019 is almost gone
One year's race you've almost won
Let's take a look back
To all things you'll take along

When this year came
You may have been happy again
Filled with hopes and desires
A large to-do list in your brain

Or you may have been sad
With whatever reason was thought bad
But you may have a desire
For this year to be glad

All this year you've seen
What an imbecile you've been
Forcing yourself into things
Deviating from your dream

To the people you've lost
Like leaves and summer and frost
You've paid your respects
And loved all year their ghost

And the people you've received
With trust in your heart believed
Have been through all year with you
With love both have perceived

Some hearts you've broken
Some mornings you wish you hadn't woken
But being through all this
A new you had evoken

Some days were summer
Some days have been bummer
And you may have experienced
How to be a new comer

But think about it
Stop, and apply your wit
After all you've been
You're still alive a bit

You're still you
Like the very drop of dew
Have your own identity
Have now become anew

So welcome this year
With love, hope and cheer
The cloudy skies once came
The cloudy skies will clear!

(Have a happy and prosperous New Year)

LAME STORY

LAME STORY

I have a cat
A cat named Cat
But the cat can't seem
To hear when I say Cat

So I took her
To the doctor
He said she was weak
And her vision was blur

Disappointed I came
Thought about her name
Bob, Harley, Puff, Snowball
But she heard when I said Lame

Lame was pretty
And a little too gritty
Yellow on orange or the other way
But oh she was zitty

Lame didn't know
Her world I couldn't blow
That she can't see
That her eyes were hollow

Daring as she was
Without a valid cause
Launched herself from shelf
To claim my chair with paws

Maybe the light was too bright
Or her weakened sight
Cause chair was on the left
She landed on the right

A thump sound came
Down came the rain
And I realized
I had lost my dearest Lame

On the funeral day
When everyone got away
I found a cute Minskin
And I named her May

So the next story
Of love and glory
Will be of May but
undead, don't worry!

GET UP

GET UP

A quiescent takes place
A pause starts
A tear goes down
A whisper imparts

A mother shocked
A sister cried
A brother fluttered
A father died

The family shook
The family broke
Suddenly now
The fear evoke

The roots of trees
Eaten by imbeciles
The black dark clouds
Taking away the bliss

But sunshine
Will appear again
Love you've lost
Love will you gain

Another day starts
The mother sets out
The father rests there
Pure like his shroud

The daughter goes
The world she rules
And the confident son
Spends another day at school

Grieving a failure
Is a human nature
But outlasting one
Is what should be done!

ME, THE TREE

ME, THE TREE

A tale of yore
Baby was I
Unaware, unattended
And a little too shy

Oh no, something broke
Within me I noted
Up came a tender stem
And down I was rooted

And oh I remember
My first rainfall
How those teeny tiny droplets
Appeared large and tall

And then came winter
I had grown a leaf or two
My days were warmer with the Sun
And nights more colder than my dew

And as I recall
The first spring I had
I grew the most at that time
I was young and glad

Now as the seasons went
And summer showered over me
I craved for the water
Which made my roots most glee

Days turned into months
And months turned into years
And as I grew from young to old
I outlasted my fears

I've seen the storm
I've seen the drought
I've sen the frost
the icy winter brought

I've seen little Mary
Water me everyday
Until she was married
Went away cheerful and gay

I've seen young john
Fall down and made fun of
I've seen him cry down my father
Years later he became king of golf

I've seen men and women
Holding hands a day
The next they sit alone
From each other, far away

Now, I'm an old one
Perhaps this is my life
To see the kids swing on me
To watch their love in strife

My flowers bloom in the sun
My leaves frost in the night
Me is a home to many others
Me now sees the young down fright

Me is now feeling new
My time up here seems to end
for I see my leaves falling
And my branches have started to bend

I go pale yellow now
Just like my father did
Maybe its time
Goodbye should i bid

I feel myself going down
Breathing is a task
Sweet morning melody of cuckoo surrounds me
And I-

GONE MOTHER

GONE MOTHER...

Twinkle twinkle little star
I talk to you from afar

The way you glow, the way you shine
Makes me remember gone mom of mine

She was bright like you
Pretty like the morning dew

Hovering like the river
She was like a quiver

Her eyes were soft
Made me go aloft

Her touch was magical
Her hair down till clavicle

But oh star
She is just so far

Into the sky
My world is so dry

Feel I alone
Since she had gone

They say I look like her
But I can't match my mother

Oh star please
Give me one day for lease

I would go back to her
And hear even her murmur

Do what i should have done
Never make her feel alone

One day is all I ask
Of past to correct my task

Oh star please grant my wish
Make your magic wand swish

I can't cry every night
I die as well might

(Past can't we have
Present is all we got
Might as well do your job
Save the water before its draught

Love the people you know
Make each one gay
Life is just too short
To ask if you may

Mend your ways
Before its late
They won't be long
Your all the mates...)

SHE COMES OUT AT LAST

SHE COMES OUT AT LAST

 Shh.....Quiet
I hear her sing
I see her dance
Spreading her wings

Oh! She's laughing
I see her smile
Oh! She's living
For a while

Her hands go up
Gentle and tend
With the music playing
Her body bent

Her vocals kick in
Her voice too sweet
Reminding me of sunshine
And the night's discreet

Her eyes go small
Her cheeks turn pink
Her lips curl up
I can't even blink

 In, I go
Hesitantly, although
Stops she, astounded
She, had been founded

Scared, Afraid
Mistake I had made
Happy was she
Now not neither me

Why do you hide?
Let yourself fly
I asked, she turned
I shouldn't have tried

Buried, a seed
Now caught by sunlight
Nowhere to run
Nowhere to hide

Come see the world
It's not that bad
No more hidings
And you will be glad

Set your fears aside
Walk out to the Sun
Never conceal yourself
Do not ever run

She danced her way to world
The seed germinating
And found all the trees
For her glance, waiting...

FIRE AND WATER

FIRE AND WATER

They fell in love
They weren't meant for that
But t'was not their fault
Love knows no fact

The fire and water
The wood and pearl
They fell in love
Like a guy and a girl

When the fire was angry
The water made her calm
And when he was furious
The fire gave him warmth

They never touched each other
They couldn't do it
They would try and try
But it wasn't worth it

One day they had to choose
Between the worls and their love
They were loyal enough to it
So they chose the world

And now they are far
Far away from each other
There's only one person who knows this
The nature, their mother

  This was a legendary story
Of a girl and a boy
The girl was fierce
And the guy a good guy!

THE BIRD AND THE CAGE

THE BIRD AND THE CAGE

There was a bird
Fearless as fire
To travel across the world
Was her heart's only desire

But oh destiny
She fell in love
With a cage, like blood
All over a dove

And oh Mon Dieu
What solution will she weave?
Can't she stay
Can't she leave

Two roads diverged
In the yellow wood
The bird tried to stop
Only if she could

She made her decision
And out she flew
But came back after a while
Like the morning dew

"Oh cage! What should i do?
I am helpless"
"Go on, see the world
My dear mistress"

She couldn't leave him
Their love was strong
But this wasn't her destiny
She knew all along

So once again she bid
Goodbye to her love
Showered in the rain
The blood coloured dove

Maybe love wins
But you should be free
Because there's no shadow
Without a branched tree!
